    1. General Policy

    All purchases made through OmarAppzo applications are processed securely via Google Play Billing.

    We do not directly handle payments or store payment information.

    2. Google Play Refund Rules

    Refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies:

    Users must submit refund requests through Google Play.

    3. Subscription Refunds

    • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time
    • Cancellation stops future billing only
    • Already paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable
    • Refunds depend on Google Play approval

    4. Paid Apps and In-App Purchases

    For digital products:

    • Delivery is instant after purchase
    • Refunds are not guaranteed
    • Refunds may only be granted under Google Play policy or legal requirements

    5. Duplicate or Technical Issues

    Refund may be considered if:

    • Duplicate payment occurs
    • Serious technical issues prevent app usage (verified)
    • Purchase error is confirmed

    6. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind
    • Unused subscription time
    • User misunderstanding of features
    • Device incompatibility (if clearly stated in app listing)
