    By using our apps or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our applications.

    2. Use of Services

    You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes. You must not:

    • Use the app for illegal activities
    • Attempt to bypass security or licensing systems
    • Share or resell paid access without permission
    • Abuse subscription or device limit systems

    3. User Accounts and Google Sign-In

    Some applications may require login using Google Sign-In.

    • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
    • We may store basic account information (name, email, ID)
    • Not all apps require login
    • We do not access your Google password or private Google data

    4. Subscriptions and Paid Services

    Some applications offer:

    • Paid apps
    • In-app purchases
    • Subscription plans
    • Premium features

    All payments are handled securely by Google Play Billing.

    • Subscription fees are billed automatically based on selected plan
    • Users can cancel subscriptions anytime via Google Play
    • Access continues until the end of billing period
    • Pricing and availability may change at any time

    5. Device Registration and Usage Limits

    Some applications may use device-based licensing systems.

    • One subscription may allow usage on limited devices
    • Device registration may be required for premium access
    • We may restrict or reset device access in case of abuse
    • Device transfer or change may be available in settings (if supported)

    6. Updates and Changes

    We may:

    • Update or improve features
    • Add or remove functionality
    • Modify pricing or subscription plans
    • Release mandatory updates

    Continued use means acceptance of changes.

    7. Termination of Access

    We may suspend or terminate access if:

    • Terms are violated
    • Fraud or abuse is detected
    • Security risks are identified
    • Illegal activity occurs

    8. Third-Party Services

    These services have their own terms and policies.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    OmarAppzo is not responsible for:

    • Data loss
    • Service interruptions
    • Device compatibility issues
    • Third-party service failures

    Use of the apps is at your own risk.

    10. Intellectual Property

    All apps, content, design, and branding belong to OmarAppzo. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by applicable international digital service laws.
